What’s the fuss about Prosecco ?

It appears my friends that the Italians are trying to muscle in on the Champagne and that yucky Cava liquid that Chav’es like to drink with bottles of Prosecco

It’s apparently rather fashionable to drink over lunch at Italian restaurants across our very kingdom.

Prosecco is designed to be drunk young, aged not in bottles but super sized pressurised tanks! We’ve not tasted this one yet, but it’s apparently softer than champagne and naturally much, much cheaper.

Varieties include Prosecco Rabosa Rosado NV, Prosecco Frizzante Il Cortigiano NV Veneto and Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene Extra Dry NV Italy
